On April 4, 2026, LHU officially inaugurated the E-commerce Lab (Room B301, Campus 1), a dedicated practice space designed for students majoring in E-commerce. The new facility introduces students to a dynamic learning environment where they can learn by doing and operate within a simulated business model right on campus.
Designed to simulate a digital business ecosystem, the lab integrates several functional areas, including e-commerce store operations, platform management, digital content production, livestream selling, and user data analysis. Instead of studying these parts separately, students engage in the entire business process - from product development and campaign execution to performance measurement and evaluation.
Supporting the University’s efforts to enhance training quality, Vietastra Global Trading Co., Ltd. has sponsored and installed two professional livestreaming systems in the E-commerce Lab. This investment not only completes the practical learning environment but also enables students to operate online sales activities according to real-world industry standards.
The E-commerce Lab is designed as an open learning space where students learn from lecturers while working directly with industry partners through real projects, expert mentorship, and market-driven feedback. This approach helps bridge the gap between academic knowledge and the practical requirements of the workplace.
The launch of the E-commerce Lab represents more than just an investment in facilities. It reflects LHU’s strategy of practice-oriented education, ensuring that students develop the competencies needed to enter the workforce even before graduation.
In recent admission seasons, the E-commerce program at LHU has attracted strong interest from prospective students thanks to its application-oriented curriculum closely connected with industry and digital transformation trends. With specialized facilities such as the E-commerce Lab and a network of more than 1,500 partner enterprises, students benefit from a hands-on learning environment while expanding their opportunities for internships and employment at an early stage.
