Welcome ceremony for the victorious Lac Hong Robocon team

LHU solemnly held a welcome ceremony on the afternoon of June 17, 2025 to honor its Robocon teams (LH-UDS, LH-WARRIORS, LH-TKCB, LH-AS, and LH-TTF) for their remarkable triumph at the 2025 National Robocon Competition.

The ceremony was attended by Dr. Lam Thanh Hien – Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh – Vice Rector; members of the Board of Rectors, heads of departments, and a large number of students.

After days of intense and thrilling competition, the LH-UDS team from LHU triumphed at the 2025 Vietnam Robocon Contest, once again adding another golden chapter to Lac Hong’s Robocon history. Other teams from the University also achieved impressive results, reaffirming LHU’s position as a leading Robocon training hub in Vietnam.

During the ceremony, Rector Lam Thanh Hien delivered a congratulatory speech, praising the team’s outstanding performance and encouraging the continued spirit of innovation and research across the University. He also motivated the whole team to strive even harder for the upcoming competition in Mongolia. While placing high expectations on the defending champion LH-UDS at this year’s ABU Robocon, he expressed his hope that the mentors would work closely to support the team in perfecting their competition robot.

LH-UDS’s victory at the 2025 Vietnam Robocon once again affirms the prestigious reputation of Lac Hong Robocon - a symbol of aspiration, resilience, and national pride on both the national and international arenas.

The event also serves as an opportunity for the University to express its heartfelt gratitude for the silent efforts of the Technical and Logistics Committees as well as the team advisors who wholeheartedly supported and stood by the teams throughout their competition journey.
